Caliber Auto Glass

After an unfortunate appointment experience with a leading competitor, Caliber saved the day. The glass technician, Chad, called when he was over an hour away, let me know I was first in line, and said about what time he'd get started. He called once he finished, informed me of the care instructions, and answered all of my questions. This location’s relationship with the local Enterprise made the process even more seamless. I was able to leave my rental there and drive off with my freshly washed vehicle. No further coordination needed! Thank you for being customer service-focused. It really makes a difference! I will continue to use Caliber for all of my vehicle claim needs.

My experience with Caliber Collision was frustrating from start to finish. I chose them for what I thought would be a professional repair, but I was left with more problems than I started with. The most glaring issue was the paint job. The color match was noticeably off, leaving my car looking patchy and inconsistent. It's clear that the attention to detail just wasn't there. To make matters worse, I discovered additional parts of my car were broken during the "repair" process. I brought it in to fix one thing, only to have it returned with new damage. The communication regarding the timeline was nonexistent. They kept my vehicle much longer than the original estimate, which caused significant personal inconvenience. Despite the delays being on their end, they refused to cover the cost of the rental car for the extended period. I ended up paying out of pocket for a situation that they admitted was entirely their fault. They promised to send a refund, but I have been ignored ever since that statement. If you value your time, your money, and the quality of your vehicle's appearance, stay away. I expected a seamless professional service and instead received a mismatched car and a heft

Chad was the one who replaced my windshield. He did an amazing job. He came and was able to replace my windshield in less than 30 minutes. He also was super friendly. I highly recommend Caliber Auto Glass for your needs.
